Free Shipping on Orders Over $50
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $4.99. No hidden fees, no surprises at checkout.
Delivery Timeframes
We work with a carefully selected network of suppliers to bring you the best quality products. Delivery times vary slightly depending on the product:
- US Warehouse Products: 3–7 business days
- International Warehouse Products: 7–14 business days
Each product page shows an estimated delivery window so you always know what to expect before you buy. We ship to the United States only at this time.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Please note: orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your package every step of the way. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@harlowandhearth.com and we'll look into it right away.
Multiple Items in One Order
Because we work with multiple trusted suppliers, orders containing more than one product may occasionally arrive in separate packages on different days. Don't worry if your first package arrives without everything — the rest is on its way.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows your package has been stuck in one place for more than 5 business days, or if your estimated delivery date has passed with no delivery, please reach out to us at hello@harlowandhearth.com. We'll investigate immediately and make it right.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Harlow & Hearth — Returns & Refunds Policy
Our Promise
We want you to love everything you order from Harlow & Hearth. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Simple as that.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order confirmation email)
Items that have been used, damaged through misuse, or returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at hello@harlowandhearth.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return address
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days
Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns cannot be processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@harlowandhearth.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item and packaging
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no need to return the damaged item. This is the most common issue in our industry and we take it seriously.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us right away at hello@harlowandhearth.com. We'll ship the correct item immediately and arrange collection of the wrong one at no cost to you.
Sale Items
Items purchased during a sale or promotion are eligible for store credit only, not cash refunds, unless the item is damaged or defective.
